Slow down in Estonia

Already on the first afternoon we take a walk together along stumbling streets through the medieval old town with merchant’s residences and guild houses and then enjoy our dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Tallinn hotel****

After breakfast we start on the Domberg medieval knights’ castle and Estonian parliament, then it goes through narrow streets past guild houses to the town hall square with the gothic town hall. After a coffee break with a tasting of Tallinn marzipan, we head towards the coast. A romantic country estate awaits us with dinner at the edge of the forest.
If you still feel like it, you can take a walk to the Baltic Sea.

Today we stay in the wilderness and hike through high moor areas and at the end of the path there is a high observation tower with a wooden platform. In the Marimetsa moor you can see fens, transitional moor as well as high moor and the bird and plant world is very species-rich. After the hike, we cook a forest kitchen with Estonian specialties on the campfire. How does kama taste? In the evening we sit in the boat and drive through the Kassari river delta to see if there are moose or beavers on the way.

A quiet and friendly city with a bishop’s castle and beautiful spa houses that looks back on a long history as a spa. Haapsalu was once a popular summer vacation destination of the Russian aristocracy. The Kursaal, one of the most beautiful wooden buildings in all of Estonia, is located on the romantic promenade on the shore. You will also find a well-established spa culture here.
