FAQ
Here you will find answers to the most important questions about our travels and experiences.

Send us your request online, and we’ll personally guide you through the next steps.
You’ll receive tailored information, availability, and clear booking options, quickly and without hassle.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak season. Our small-group tours (max. 8 guests) and carefully selected accommodations fill up quickly, and the best dates are often gone months in advance.

Yes, changes and cancellations are possible. Terms depend on the specific tour, and we clearly communicate all conditions before booking so you know exactly what to expect.
Is there a minimum group size?
Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this isn’t reached, we’ll inform you early and offer suitable alternatives or rescheduling options.
When will I receive my final confirmation?
You’ll usually receive your confirmation shortly after your booking or enquiry — once all details are finalised and agreed.
